Early Planning Success in 2026!

We’ve had a very busy and successful start to the year, with a number of planning applications granted for a range of different developments across the UK. Successful planning applications so far this year include:

• Staples Corner Shopping Park, Cricklewood: Variation of Condition approval to allow a greater range of goods to be sold from a retail park, enabling Home Bargains to open a new store.

• Welwyn: Permission in Principle for the construction of a new house on a rear garden plot in the Green Belt.

• Camelford: Planning permission for a new supermarket and petrol station on a greenfield site outside of the town’s settlement boundary.
