Project Summary
Contour are currently engaged at the pre-application stage of a major mixed-use development (including a 16-storey building), comprising 150+ apartments, 1,400 sq. m of B1/B2/B8 floorspace, 1,500 sq. m of D2 floorspace (including a gym and banqueting centre). The proposals also include three levels of basement car parking. Contour undertook initial planning feasibility and due diligence investigations prior to the site’s acquisition. Thereafter, Contour have been engaged in pre-application discussions with the GLA, Brent Council, and other key stakeholders. Contour have prepared an EIA screening letter to the Council and are shortly to undertake public consultation, leading to a planning submission in spring 2020.
