Project Summary: Planning permission for a new residential development in Whittlesey was secured by Contour. The development will see 20 new houses built on a brownfield site close to the town centre. In addition to acting as planning agent, Contour worked with a viability assessor to demonstrate that the development would be unable to support affordable housing provision.
