On behalf of Westbrook Properties Ltd, Contour Planning have been instructed to provide planning consultancy services to assist with the redevelopment of a site in Tyseley.
Work has included planning feasibility analysis, leading to the submission of a pre-application for the erection of 6,943 sqm of flexible Class E(g)ii, E(g)iii, B2 and B8 industrial floorspace (in the form of 12 units). Following positive pre-application feedback, Contour prepared and submitted a planning application for the development, which is shortly to be determined by the City Council.
