Local Planning Authority: London Borough of Lewisham

Project Summary: Contour prepared the planning application and managed the planning process to secure the extension of a block of apartments. Work included production of a Planning Statement, a Statement of Community Involvement (following community engagement), a Design and Access Statement, and negotiations with the Local Authority. Contour are currently engaged in negotiating the level of affordable housing provision with the Council.
