Project Summary: Contour Planning obtained planning permission for the change of use of a former ‘Robin Hood’ themed indoor tourist attraction to a gym in this City Centre location. In addition to acting as agent on the change of use planning application, Contour prepared a supporting Leisure Impact Assessment, including sequential site analysis.
