Project Summary: Contour worked on this development over a number of years. Initially outline planning permission was secured in 2010 for a 40,000 sq. ft. non-food retail warehouse development. Given the site’s out of centre location, this application was supported by full retail impact and sequential analysis. Thereafter, Contour secured a reserved matters approval in 2013 and a Lawful Development Certificate (to confirm the permission had been lawfully implemented) in 2014.
