Project Summary: Contour Planning are promoting the development of a new distribution depot on a 3.5 ha site located close to Liverpool City Centre. The development involves an extension of an existing warehouse building (by 11,995 sq. m), to create a single building of approximately 21,210 sq. m. The distribution centre would incorporate 20 servicing docks, with space for a further 20 lorries to park. In addition, the development would include 216 staff parking spaces. Following a pre-application in early 2022, the scheme is now being worked up into a planning submission.
