After 13 months of negotiation, planning permission has been approved for a new retail park on a greenfield site in March, Cambridgeshire. Contour Planning acted as agent on the application as well as preparing key documents including the Planning Statement, Retail impact Assessment and Design and Access Statement. The scheme includes 65,000 sq. ft of non-food retail floorspace and two drive-through restaurants.
