Contour Planning attended a public exhibition on 2nd April in the Pavilions Shopping Centre to present the owner’s proposals to remodel the centre, including alterations and extensions to retail floorspace, remodelled car parking and construction of a new build element to include 119 residential apartments (accommodated in six storey and 10 storey buildings).

The event was attended by approximately 80 people who were talked through the scheme by members of the consultant team.

The exhibition follows positive pre-application feedback received from officers at Broxbourne Borough Council in recent weeks.
