Opportunity to Get London Sites Allocated for Housing!

The GLA are undertaking a ‘Call for Sites’ (both residential and residential-led mixed-use) as part of their review of the London Plan.  This provides an opportunity for landowners and developers to identify potential housing sites (ideally above 0.25 ha, but other smaller sites may also be considered), with the potential for sites being included in the London strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA).
